1. What is your processing time?
Orders are processed within 8-11 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

You have a 12-hour window to cancel your order after purchase. After that, your order will enter the processing stage and cannot be changed or canceled.
